Product introduction

    Microsatellite instability (MSI) gene detection is to detect 9 microsatellite locis by multiplex fluorescent PCR， including 5 single nucleotide repeat locis proposed by National Cancer Institute (NCI), and 2 five nucleotides repeat loci and 1 Gender-based loci. It can be used for Lynch syndrome screening, 5-FU treatment and prognosis prediction of colorectal cancer, as well as the prediction of curative effect of  PD-1 Ab in multiple tumors, guiding the clinical medication of many kinds of tumors.

Detection process

Intended for

1. All patients with colorectal cancer.

2. All patients with endometrial cancer.

3. Gastric cancer patients who meet the standard of HNPCC clinical screening.

4. And patients with breast, prostate, bladder and thyroid cancer.
